The location of the hotel was very convenient, with a subway station just a stone's throw from the entrance. The newly renovated room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The location of this hotel is truly unbeatable. Situated conveniently in front of Bencoolen MRT station, it offers easy access to various attractions and is especially handy if you need to catch a flight from Changi Airport.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The room was a good size and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants.
The breakfast provided was not very appealing and the breakfast area was gloomy and shabby.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around by taxi or public transport. The MRT station is conveniently located just in front of the hotel, and food and shopping options are just minutes away. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The breakfast is delicious, and the bar on the roof provides a lovely view of the surroundings.
One aspect of the hotel could be improved, but it is not a major issue. Some guests reported experiencing inconsistencies in their interactions with staff, with some staff being less friendly than others.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Singapore. The location was amazing, with two MRT stops just a stone's throw away. The hotel's proximity to Bencoolen MRT station made it convenient for us to explore the city, including easy access to Changi Airport. The facilities were clean and functional, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious room was a pleasant surprise and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also provided universal outlets with USB inputs, saving us the hassle of bringing adapters. the staff were really good, from the helpful housekeeping member Sun Sun to the friendly front office and concierge team.
